CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Trigger Point Release
This class teaches the skills of how to find and quickly release the Trigger Points associated with muscle pain and tension throughout the body using an advanced method developed by Dr. Gorsuch. No Fee for this class.

SRI Discovery Level 1
Somato (Body) Respiratory (Breath) Integration, or SRI, is a powerful tool for self-healing and self-discovery. This class covers Stages 1-3 of the 12 SRI exercises. These first three exercises are recommended anytime an individual is overwhelmed, experiencing pain or other symptoms, feeling helpless, fearful, or just in need of more internal connection and/or internal safety.

SRI Transformation Level 2
This class covers stages 4-7 of the 12 SRI exercises. These four exercises are recommended whenever an individual needs more personal power, more motivation to act, or a greater certainty of purpose. Individuals in transformation are ready to step-up and to resolve old limiting patterns once and for all.
(Pre-requisite: SRI Discovery Level 1)

Advanced NSA
This class is for our members in Transformational or Advanced care, who would like to learn in greater depth, the philosophy and methods used to accomplish the magic of transformational and Advanced NSA care. (Pre-requisite: Trigger Point Release)

SRI Awaken Level 3
This class covers stages 8-12 of the 12 SRI exercises. Learn what it takes to achieve and sustain the experience of consciousness aptly named, Awaken.
(Pre-requisite SRI 1 & 2)

Fees:
Unless otherwise indicated classes are $45.00 for individuals not in care. Individuals in care can substitute this class for 1 visit of your care plan or add it onto your care plan for $25.00
